ALUMINI CUM MOTIVATIONAL SEMINAR, SAINIK SCHOOL MANASBAL*
As part of the ongoing celebrations of Azadi ka Amrit Mahastova and G-20 presidency by India, Duderhama battalion of the Indian Army in collaboration with Sainik School Alumni Association, Manasbal organised ‘Alumni Meet cum Motivational Seminar’ at Sainik School, Manasbal on 17 June 2023.
Sainik School, Manasbal is an premier institute in the Kashmir Valley established with an aim to prepare boys academically and physically for joining the Indian defence forces and other walks of life, since 29 October 1980. The meet was conducted with an aim to highlight the importance & role of teachers/alumni in shaping and nurturing the young minds in the Nation Building activities.
The meet was attended by many renowned and reputed alumni of the school. Mr Mohd Yousuf, Chairman, Alumni Association and around 30 ex-students graced the event. A Guard of honour with march past was displayed by the cadets of the school followed by a very captivating cultural programme. The event concluded with an Alumni conclave which provided an opportunity for the alumni to discuss and plan the guidance required by the school in their future endeavours.
The cadets of the Sainik School, Manasbal displayed their gratitude towards their Alumni and Indian Army for organising an inspiring and informative event and also pledged their resolve to put more efforts for leading the country towards the path of ‘Aatmnirbhar Bharat’
