The department's goal is to instill a love of mathematics in the students by encouraging them to develop solid reasoning and logical thinking skills. There is also a Mathematics Laboratory in the department. Educationists and subject matter specialists throughout are taking notice of the idea of a Mathematics Laboratory. For concept-based learning, the lab is furnished with well-equipped mathematical tools, such as charts, 3D figures, cylinders, right circular cones, spheres, etc.
